| Serial #31248. 44 caliber. Caliber is marked in script, indicative of mid-1880's vintage. Letters with octagon barrel, but was changed to round many years ago. Early original rear sight with series 21 front sight. Set trigger needs attention, but works. Early thumb print dust cover with no serrations. Overall nice patina finish. Cody letter provided.
