Two rings/knobs for black and white cords & tassels. Bottom: circa 1911. German silver bands and ornamentation. Cork top with silver plated chain and top with music symbol top. Engraved "III Bundes Sanger Fest unterter neckaroau Sanger Bund Gagltteed 1911". Collar 3 in. decorative scrolls and lattice. Two bands to attach red & black cords & tassels. Silver plaque "fon den ehren gelten" translate from the Nat'l Committee. |
