Edwardian Silver "Armada" Pattern Ewer or Claret Jug

Circa 1900, with scroll handle, a trigger operated cover, a baluster body and a domed circular foot, decorated in relief with embossed flowers, foliage and scrolls, two cartouches, one crested, one monogrammed and four applied winged demi-figures and a lion mask marked J.S. Weight 43.7 troy ounces.
