Ramiro Llona Reategui is a Peruvian visual artist who practices painting, photography, sculpture, engraving, and ceramics. He was born on October 2, 1947 in Tacna, and later moved to Lima. He studied architecture at the National University of Engineering and fine arts at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, graduating in 1977. That same year, he traveled to New York to study engraving at the Pratt Institute with a Fulbright Program scholarship. His works have been featured in solo exhibitions in Colombia, Chile, the United States, Spain, and France.
